Honestly, I think Sohna ka potential bahut high hai. Airport Road se connectivity improve ho rahi hai aur prices abhi bhi Gurugram ke core se kaafi kam hain. Signature Global City 93 mein 700 units hain, toh ek achhi community banegi. Investment wise, agar long-term view hai, toh it could be a smart move.

Signature Global City 93 jaisi properties mein jo finishing dete hain, woh ek saal baad tikti bhi hai kya? Resale ke time problem toh nahi hogi agar quality down ho gayi? Aur yeh jo amenities hain, kya woh actually itni high price justify karti hain Sohna ke area mein?
Track record toh mixed hai, sach kahun toh. Mere ek dost ne Badshahpur mein ek project liya tha, similar segment ka. Starting mein sab chamak-dhamak tha, par possession ke 8-10 mahine baad hi walls cracking, seepage issues shuru ho gaye. Finishing toh bas cosmetic hoti hai starting mein. Sohna mein bhi kaafi issues suni hain, so be careful.
