Bhai, Solera 2 ka main bhi dekh raha tha. Mere ek relative ne Signature Global ke hi kisi aur project mein Baharampur Naya ke paas flat liya tha, bahut issues aaye hain. Leakage, electrical problems, builder ne suni hi nahi. Jab itne units
Yaar, maine bhi Signature Global Solera 2 ka brochure dekha tha. Price range ₹35 L – ₹59 L sunke laga ki affordable hai, but Sohna mein itne high-end promises pe trust kaise karein? Especially when the possession date was 2020-06-01 and abhi tak 'null' status dikha raha hai. Construction quality ka doubt toh genuine hai. Builder ne 426 units ka promise kiya tha, pata nahi kya banaya hoga. Resale value aur maintenance costs pe impact hoga na?
RERA number 09 toh theek hai, but agar possession date June 2020 thi aur abhi tak status 'null' hai, toh yeh red flag hai. Kya kisi ko actual site pe construction progress ka idea hai? Ya kisi ne possession liya hai?
Haan, RERA number se bas registration hoti hai, quality control nahi. Mera bhi trust uth gaya hai Sohna ke projects se.
Totally agree with you, bhai! Mere ek friend ne Gurugram-Sohna road pe ek project mein invest kiya tha, same story. Builders bas marketing karte hain, ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Solera 2 ka RERA number 09 hai, but kya usse quality guarantee hoti hai?
