Landlord ne fir rent badha diya yaar, fed up of renting now. Finally taking the plunge for a flat in Sohna, maybe around Golf Course Extension. I'm looking at Navraj Builder's projects. Really worried about legal stuff. Builder ka track record kaise check karte hain? RERA registration ke red flags kya hote hain? Aur builder-buyer agreement mein kaun se clauses avoid karne chahiye?
