Sohna flat reality check: After-possession shocks.
Honestly, I wish someone told me these things before I moved into my Sohna flat. I moved into my Signature Global project on Sohna Road three months ago, and yaaar, the construction quality is... not what I expected. Minor cracks already showing, finishing feels rushed. But the real shocker was at possession. Everyone talks about M3M's hidden charges, but Signature Global also had so many extra costs for EDC, IDC, and maintenance deposits not communicated earlier. My 2BHK, supposed to be ₹1.2 Cr, ended up way higher. Post-possession maintenance charges bhi bahut high lag rahe hain, amenities still aren't fully operational. I hear Godrej Properties projects near Golf Course Extension Road are better on quality and transparency, even if initial price is higher. Matlab, is it worth paying more upfront for peace of mind? Did anyone else face similar issues with these builders in Sohna? Change my mind if you think otherwise.

Oh god, this is my biggest fear! I'm looking at Signature Global projects too, but in Badshahpur. Is it really that bad? My agent was showing me their rates, seemed good.
Badshahpur mein bhi similar issues sunne ko mile hain. My friend's relative bought there, same story about finishing. Agent toh sab acha hi bolenge. You need to scrutinize the builder-buyer agreement very carefully for all charges before signing anything.
