Sohna Golf Course Road: Real value from new infra?

Two years ago, I'd have laughed at these prices, but after another rent hike, I'm finally taking the plunge. Fed up of renting, want to build equity. I've been looking at Sohna, especially Golf Course Road. Seems like a lot of new infra – roads, expressways – but prices are also way up. Is this development really justifying current property rates along Golf Course Road? Matlab, which specific pockets have actually seen real benefit from this connectivity? Not sure if the appreciation is sustainable. Anyone who bought there recently, what's your take? Should I wait, ya phir abhi entry point sahi hai?
