₹1.9 Cr for a 3BHK near Sohna Road feels steep, even with all the infra talk. We're looking to upgrade for the kids, need at least a 3BHK for space. My wife's priority is a good school nearby and a safe neighborhood. I'm wondering if the upcoming Dwarka Expressway and Global City projects will *really* push prices up more, or if it's already factored in? I hear a lot about SPR Extension too. Matlab, will these projects actually finish on time? Yaar, timeline delays for big infra like DMIC always worry me. Is it worth buying now hoping for future appreciation, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? Konse areas Sohna mein will benefit most from this, like Golf Course Ext Road ya Sector 65? Koi projects jahan abhi bhi thoda affordable mile?

₹1.9 Cr for Sohna? Bahut zyada hai yaar. Meri bhi same situation hai, kids ke liye space chahiye but budget hil jaata hai. Global City ka hype toh hai, but kya sach mein value add hoga itna?
Haan bhai, Sector 65 mein bhi similar price quotes mil rahe hain. Lagta hai sab kuch already factored in hai, ya fir builders overprice kar rahe hain.
