Spent the whole Sunday checking out options on Sohna Road, especially around Sector 65. Builders like M3M and Signature Global are really pushing the Dwarka Expressway and Global City impact. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK. Not sure if I should buy now, ya wait for these infra projects to finish. Will prices shoot up too much then? What's the community's take on this infra impact?

No, I think the infra projects are real. Dwarka Expressway is almost done, and Global City ka impact toh dikhega hi. My cousin bought a plot near Badshahpur a few years back and prices have already doubled. This area has potential.
Haan, I agree connectivity is better. But 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Sohna still feels like a stretch. I saw some properties near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) for similar prices, with better established social infra. What do you guys think?
Connectivity improved hai, but peak hours mein thoda traffic rehta hai. But compared to what it was, it's way better. That's why I'm also considering this area for investment.

Bhai, builder hype toh hamesha rehta hai. 1.5 Cr mein Sohna mein 2BHK abhi bhi over-priced lag raha hai, especially with all the construction noise.
