Sohna infra promises vs. ground reality?
Did a site visit to a few more projects near SPR last weekend and honestly, I'm a bit confused. Just moved into my Godrej flat in Sector 76 a couple months back, so I'm seeing things first-hand. Everyone talks about Dwarka Expressway and Gurugram Metro extension boosting prices, but the ground reality feels different right now. My builder, Godrej, promised great connectivity but traffic is still a nightmare sometimes. I'm wondering if all this infra talk is just sales pitch for now. Are prices *really* reflecting these upcoming projects yet, or is it still speculative? I mean, for a 3BHK, I paid around ₹1.8 Cr, which felt steep for the current state. What areas, besides the obvious GCR/GCX, do you actually see benefiting *soon* from DMIC or Global City? Or are we still years away from real impact? Change my mind, but I feel like the current market is pricing in future growth a bit too aggressively.
