Sohna infrastructure: Where's the *real* value?
Been in this game for years, and one thing I've learned is to look past the builder brochures. Everyone's hyping Dwarka Expressway and Global City for Sohna, but honestly, I think people are missing the real play. Is it just me, or will areas like Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road actually see quicker, more substantial gains from the DMIC and SPR Extension? I'm talking about concrete, day-to-day impact, not just future promises. I know M3M and Godrej have projects there, but are the prices for 3BHKs (₹1.6Cr+) already baked in for that "future" connectivity? What about Signature Global or Sobha projects? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different – I need honest opinions. Should I be looking at Sectors 65 or 82-84 instead, or are those already saturated too? Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly what I've been thinking! Dwarka Exp and Global City are hot, no doubt, but Sohna Road and Golf Course Ext. Road feel more *real* for immediate gains. The hype for Sohna is too much right now, prices seem inflated for what's actually there on the ground. DMIC aur SPR extension ki baat toh sahi hai, but kab tak complete hoga kaun jaane.
