Sohna investment: 2BHK ya 3BHK for future?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 65, Sohna. Honestly, infrastructure progress around Dwarka Expressway and the upcoming Global City is making me think. Is Sohna still a good bet for long-term capital appreciation? My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr, so I'm looking at a 2BHK or maybe a compact 3BHK if I stretch a bit. Not sure if 2BHK will give better ROI in the future compared to a 3BHK. Builders like DLF and M3M talk about great rental yields, but are those achievable on the ground? Yaar, EMI aur rental income ka balance kaise karte hain log? Thoda confused hoon, parents bolte hain wait karo, but I feel prices will jump once these projects fully finish. Any thoughts on current market sentiment, especially with the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor coming up?

Sahi keh rahe ho, but Sohna ka future potential is different. Connectivity to DMIC is a big draw, and Global City will bring jobs. Gurgaon mein toh ab budget out ho gaya hai for most of us first-time buyers. Even a decent 2BHK near Airport Road is touching ₹1.8-2 Cr.
