Not proud of this but I'm struggling despite being in real estate. Smartworld One DXP construction quality kaisi hai? Investor perspective se, resale value, maintenance cost pe kya impact? Cracks, seepage, tenant attraction issues ka darr hai.

Bhai, same boat! Main bhi One DXP dekh raha hoon but prices ₹3.1 Cr se shuru hain, itna paisa laga ke agar quality issue aaya toh bahut bada risk hai. Mere ek dost ne Airport Road pe ek project mein invest kiya tha, usko toh bahut dikkat aayi thi construction mein.
