Finding actual price correction zones in Sohna feels impossible now. I've been tracking Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension for a while; everything seems highly priced. Krrish Group ke projects bhi, for instance, are pushing ₹2 Cr for a 2BHK, which feels like a stretch given current infrastructure. Builders barely negotiate, maybe 1-2% max, no significant spot discounts. Is anyone still finding genuinely underpriced assets, perhaps near the upcoming DMIC or further down Sohna Road? My target is a 15-20% CAGR over 3-5 years. Where are people seeing real value buys, ya is the market just too hot for calculated risks now? Any insights on where to look for better entry points?
