Sohna investment for NRI — my SS One dilemma
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm based in Dubai and looking at Sohna for an investment property, can't do site visits myself so relying heavily on community insights. SS One is on my radar, mainly because it's an upcoming project and the price range seems okay for what it offers, around ₹2.74 - ₹2.98 Cr. My big concern is the investment potential for an upcoming project like this in Sohna. Is it truly a good long-term bet for appreciation, say in 5-7 years? Also, with it being under construction, what's the general sentiment on possession status and potential delays for SS Infra projects? I'd need to arrange a property manager and handle things via POA, so builder reliability is crucial. What's the ground reality for SS One, especially for an NRI investor?

NRI investor ke liye builder reliability is key, absolutely! SS One ka RERA number toh hai GGM/733/465/2023/77, but RERA registration alone doesn't guarantee timely possession. Has anyone here had direct experience with SS Infra projects? How reliable are they with their
Nahi yaar, Sohna has huge potential, especially with the upcoming KMP Expressway connectivity. 2.7-3 Cr for an upcoming project like SS One seems decent if the location is good. Long-term appreciation definitely possible. Just need to pick the right builder.
NRI bhai, Sohna mein investment ka plan thoda risky ho sakta hai for an upcoming project. Appreciation potential toh hai but it's still developing. Main toh bolunga builder ka track record ache se check kar lo. SS Infra ka past performance kaisa hai, especially possession delays? Mere ek friend ne Badshahpur mein ek project liya tha, 2 saal late ho gaya. NRI ho toh aur bhi careful rehna padega with POA.
