Sohna investment: Infra projects making me rethink timing

The hype around Dwarka Expressway completion is actually true for Sohna, I'm seeing it. SPR pe Metro extension ka bhi talk chal raha hai, aur Global City bhi. Builders like Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate are already quoting high. Is all this infrastructure growth already factored into current prices, ya abhi bhi real upside baki hai? Should I wait?
