Godrej Vrikshya? Price toh bahut high hai yaar, especially for Sohna. For ₹3.4 Cr minimum, you can get something better or closer to Gurgaon. Signature Global seems more VFM for first-time buyers like us, what do you guys think?
But Godrej ka brand value bhi toh dekho. For 5-year appreciation, sometimes premium projects do better. Plus, that RERA number GGM/846/578/2024/73 is fresh, means less old baggage from previous projects. Maybe it's justified for the long run?
