Been looking at Sohna properties for a few months now from Dubai, and honestly, it's tough not being there for site visits. I'm seriously considering Lykehomes Avenue by Shri R D Infra, but legal due diligence is a huge concern. Builder ka track record kaise verify kare remotely? I'm worried about title clarity and hidden issues. Also, RERA ka status check karne ke liye kya specific steps hain, aur kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Is RERA actually effective if issues come up, ya bas paper pe hi hai? Exiting an investment with legal problems would be a nightmare. Any tips for someone who can't physically check documents? Power of attorney se kitna cover hota hai? Hope someone has some real-world advice on this.
