I'm looking at potential investments there but builder legal track record, especially for someone like VK And Sons, worries me. Sohna has potential, no doubt. But for a first-time buyer, going with a builder with zero projects is like walking on thin ice. RERA is there to protect us, but its enforcement varies. JMS The Nation ka RERA ID kya hai? Maine check kiya tha, but details bahut vague the. Aur ye builder pehle koi commercial project banaya hai kya? Residential mein toh zero projects, that's a huge risk for a first-time buyer.
RERA portal pe bhi sab updated nahi hota. Builder ke office jaake physical documents check karna padta hai. Baharampur Naya ke paas bhi ek project mein yahi issue tha.
