Sohna investment: Things nobody told me after moving in
Sector 65, Sohna Road — just shifted to my 3BHK here two months back. Honestly, living here is a mixed bag. Builder ne maintenance charges jo bataye the, they're higher than expected, like ₹5 per sqft. And traffic on Sohna Road during peak hours is something else. Dwarka Expressway ka completion kab hoga, I wonder, will it help? My budget was around ₹1.8 Cr for this 3BHK. I'm seeing prices still climbing for projects by Godrej Properties or M3M nearby, but for 2BHKs. Not sure if I timed the market right for a 3BHK in this price bracket. Long-term appreciation for this area, what do you guys think? Is Sohna's resale market healthy enough for a good exit in 5-7 years? What's the community's take on Sohna's future value, especially with Global City coming up? Should I have invested closer to Golf Course Extension Road instead?

Bhai, ₹5/sqft toh bahut zyada hai maintenance! Meri society mein toh ₹3.5 hai, aur woh bhi lagta hai bahut. Sohna Road traffic toh legendary hai, no doubt. Dwarka E-way se thoda relief milega, but pura solution nahi hai.
Honestly, ₹5/sqft is becoming the new normal for good societies. My builder in Sector 70 is also charging similar, saying it's for premium amenities. But still, it stings!
