Visited a couple of projects in Sector 35 Sohna last weekend, and honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed. The prices for a 2BHK around ₹78L seem attractive, but I'm worried about hidden risks. Is the infrastructure really catching up? My parents keep saying it's too far out for daily commute. Are there common issues like water supply, connectivity, or even resale challenges people faced after buying in Sohna? Not sure if I'm overthinking, but what red flags should a first-time buyer like me watch out for there?

Totally understand your concern, bhai. Sohna sounds good on paper but commute is a killer. Mere relative ne bhi dekha tha but dropped it because of connectivity issues to main Gurgaon. What about the water supply there, is it reliable?
Yeah, water supply is a real concern. I heard some societies rely heavily on borewells, which isn't sustainable in the long run. My uncle lives in a new project near Baharampur Naya and they face water cuts regularly.
