Visited Sunder Homes in Block E Sohna online last week. I'm based in Dubai, so physical site visits aren't easy. My main query is about negotiation: does it actually work in Sohna, especially with projects like Sunder Homes? Kitna percentage off expect kar sakte hain from the quoted price? Also, for investors, are pre-launch prices genuinely lower than open-market rates, or is the discount minimal after all charges? What hidden costs should one anticipate beyond stamp duty and registration?

Sunder Homes Block E? Bhai, Sohna mein negotiation toh mushkil hai. Builder quoted price se hardly 2-3% dete hain, woh bhi agar koi specific scheme chal rahi ho ya inventory unki kafi high ho. Pre-launch prices ka hype hota hai bas, end mein sab hidden costs add karke almost same padta hai. Bahut dhyan se dekhna padega.
