Sohna investors: Ashley Estate Floors 6 resale reality?

Been looking at Ashley Estate Floors 6. Everyone glorifies this ₹3.8 Cr price, but is there *any* resale market liquidity? From Dubai, I can't manage low rental yields or a ghost society. Change my mind.

My agent keeps pushing this, saying 'future potential', but what if I need to sell in 3-5 years? Ghost society toh nahi chahiye, and low rental yields from Dubai are impossible to manage.
