Vatika Sovereign Park jaisi projects mein, site visit pe construction quality check karna bahut zaroori hai. Sirf showroom finish mat dekho, actual walls, fittings, plumbing bhi dekho. Log bolte hain amenities se premium milta hai, but agar cracks ya seepage nikla toh resale value gir jaati hai. Aur maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Promised amenities milte hain ya sirf brochure mein achhe lagte hain? Koi experience share karega Sohna projects mein? Kya dekhna chahiye long term investment ke liye?

Completed project ka possession itna late kyun?
It means the RERA completion certificate might be for the structure, but internal finishing, amenities, and legal formalities are still pending. Happened with my friend in another project.
