Did a site visit to a Shree Vardhman project near Basai last week, looking at a 2BHK. Honestly, the base price around ₹1.2 Cr looked okay, but the total acquisition cost is making me rethink. I know the market, but even for me, the stamp duty and registration charges in Sohna feel like a massive hit. Are builders here strict about the declared value for stamp duty, or is there any wiggle room, especially for an investment property? Trying to calculate the real ROI after all these upfront costs. Any tips on managing this total outlay?
