Dekho, JMS The Nation ongoing project hai aur 2027 tak possession hai. Abhi se full clarity on backup aur water supply mushkil hai. Best approach hai ki builder se written mein lo, agreement mein clauses add karvao. Sirf brochure pe trust mat karna. Aur society ke future RWA (Resident Welfare Association) se bhi discuss karna padega baad mein.
Ek tip: Builder ke management team se milo, unse detailed plan maango backup systems aur water treatment plants ka. Sirf sales team se baat karne se kuch nahi hoga. Aur jo U15 ne pucha, rental yield directly proportional hoga facilities aur maintenance se. Agar ye basic cheezein hi weak hongi toh tenants nahi rukenge.
Similar issues Baharampur Naya mein bhi hain. Developers promises karte hain but delivery mein kaafi gap hota hai. Society management bhi bahut matter karta hai.

Gurugram mein abhi market thodi slow hai, toh builders sales ke liye bade-bade promises karte hain. First-time buyers ko bahut careful rehna chahiye. Sohna mein price range ₹2.2 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr thoda high lag raha hai for the current amenities and infrastructure.
Sohna mein rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Agar tenants ke liye issues honge toh rent bhi kam milega.
