Sohna: Is it still a good time to buy for appreciation?

Property prices in Sohna have jumped like crazy this past year, honestly making me rethink things. My parents are really pushing me to buy my first place, targeting a 3BHK around ₹1.8 Cr. I've checked out places from DLF and Godrej in Sector 65 and Sohna Road. But I'm genuinely not sure if the market has already peaked. With Dwarka Expressway nearly done and Global City on the way, will prices still see significant appreciation? Or is it too late for a good entry point? Which specific areas do you think will benefit most from all this new infrastructure in the next 3-5 years?
