Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself in Sohna is a completely different challenge. I'm looking at Hermitage Apartment by Sriflex Projects Private Limited, but I'm super paranoid about legal stuff. How do you guys actually verify RERA registration beyond just checking the number? Builder ka track record for compliance kaise dekhte hain, especially in Sohna? So many projects, not sure if sab ka paperwork clean hota hai.
