Been in this business for years, but buying my own flat in Sohna feels like a whole new game. I know builders ka marketing jargon, but off the record, legal stuff is where they really play games. Everyone talks about RERA but koi nahi batata how to *actually* check if a project ka RERA number legit hai, ya bas paper pe. How do you verify a builder's *real* track record, not just what their sales team shows? Aur agar builder delay karta hai, jaise Parnami Associates ne kiya tha kuch projects mein... RERA complaints kitni effective hoti hain? Matlab, is it just for show, ya genuine relief milta hai? Change my mind.
