Broker claims about 'best deals' always make me suspicious, honestly. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Sohna. EMI vs rent math ab theek lag raha hai. I'm looking at Swaraj Homes in Sector 111, unke projects kaise hain? Main issue hai ki broker bolta hai uske paas better rates hain than direct builder. Is that even true for Sohna? Kya kisi ko real experience hai ki broker se deal karne mein kuch hidden charges ya extra commission lag jaati hai? Aur ye super area vs carpet area ka kya scene hai? Builders inflate karte hain kya numbers? Aur Floor Rise Premium and PLC worth it hain kya, ya bas extra paisa hai?
