Pyramid Elite Sohna mein shift hue ek mahina hua. Lagta hai maintenance charges bahut zyada hain for what's offered. Clubhouse facilities toh bas showpiece lagti hain, hardly anyone uses them. Green areas bhi just okay hain, not much actual open space. Is this normal ya just my society?

Absolutely! I heard it's like ₹3.5 per sqft for Pyramid Elite. For a decent 2BHK, that's a lot of money every month just for basic upkeep. It really adds up.
