Is the RWA maintenance charge at Signature Global City 93 actually worth it for investors? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector X, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa in Sohna. But these maintenance costs are insane, especially when you factor in rental yield. Are the services provided really justifying the hefty fees? Brochures make amenities sound amazing, but do tenants actually care about a rarely-used clubhouse or a gym with broken equipment? I'm worried about long-term resale value and attracting good tenants if the maintenance isn't up to par. What's the real story on service quality versus charges there? Does the premium actually pay off?

Totally agree with the OP! Sohna mein prices toh theek lag rahe hain initially, but ye maintenance charges kaafi scary hain. Mera ek friend Sector 70 mein rehta hai, uske society mein har saal 10-15% badha dete hain. ROI toh pakka hit hoga na isse?
