Sohna market: Peak already reached?

Sohna Road — sab bol rahe hain future hai, but I'm thinking it's already peaked. Kids bahar hain, looking for a manageable 2BHK around ₹1.5 Cr, maybe near Signature Global projects. Yeh prices, yaar, seems too high. Is the market already done with its run? Or is there real upside left? Disagree? Tell me why.
