I mean, builder-buyer agreement mein itne one-sided clauses hote hain, lagta hai hum buyers ke paas koi real power hai hi nahi. Meri EMI bhi chal rahi hai aur Sohna mein rent bhi, bahut frustration ho rahi hai. Koi similar situation mein Sohna mein phase ho? Kya legal options hain jo kaam karte hain, ya bas wait karte raho aur hope karte raho? Builder ka track record kaise check karte hain, I had no idea.

I can totally relate to the EMI and rent stress, U1. Mera bhi ek project Gurgaon ke Baharampur Naya area mein 2 saal late hai. Builder bas dates pe dates de raha hai. RERA complaint file ki hai, but abhi tak sirf 2 hearings hui hain. Har hearing mein builder koi naya bahana le aata hai. Lagta hai jab tak hum sab milke koi strong action nahi lenge, kuch nahi hoga.
