Kya Sohna mein construction quality sab builders ki same hai? Just got possession of my 2BHK on Sohna Road from Signature Global and facing some finishing issues already, like minor cracks near windows. Not sure if this is normal ya I got a bad deal. Planning to invest in another 3BHK on Golf Course Extension, maybe with M3M or Godrej. Heard good things about their amenities but what about the actual build quality after 6-8 months? And post-possession maintenance charges, are they reasonable with them? Or will it be a shocker like mine? Any first-hand experiences with DLF or Emaar projects there? Want to avoid future headaches. For end-users like me, is it worth paying premium for certain builders?
