Builder ki asking price se 5-7% off karna realistic hai kya, especially on a construction-linked plan? Or is it better to push for other benefits like free PLC or parking? Also, what about those hidden charges at possession time? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur kya aata hai? Any recent experiences with Adore RealTech or similar builders in Sohna?
