My parents are pushing me to finalise something by Diwali, and honestly, Sohna mein property dekh raha hoon. Prem Nagar area mein vatsalaya projects dekhe hain, but abhi bhi confused hoon. Property price ke alawa kitna extra budget rakhna padta hai? Like stamp duty, registration, interiors... kitna lag jaata hai total? Aur under-construction lena safe hai ya resale pe jaana better hai first-time buyer ke liye? Delivery risk kaise check karte hain?
