Sohna mein floor-rise premium: Kya yeh worth it hai?
My lease ends in 6 months, and I'm seriously looking at Sohna for my first 2BHK. Visited Capital Group in Sector 50 last week, project accha laga, but the price list mein floor-rise premium dekh ke dimaag ghoom gaya. Ground floor se 4th floor tak itna difference? matlab, is it really worth paying extra just for a higher floor, ya builder ka way of squeezing more money hai? Honestly not sure if it justifies the cost, especially for a first home. My parents keep saying secondary market dekho, maybe wahan better deal mil jaye? Like an older resale flat, negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai kya compared to new projects? Ya phir wahan bhi hidden costs aur transfer charges ka scene rehta hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai Sohna mein secondary market deals pe?
