Is DLF's post-possession support for their Sohna Independent Floors even real? I'm looking at these, but mera past experience with premium builders post-handover has been a nightmare. Society maintenance charges skyrocket, aur builder RWA formation mein bilkul cooperate nahi karte. For a project like DLF's in Sohna, shouldn't we expect better, ya? What's their actual track record on handing over RWA control smoothly and keeping maintenance reasonable? Koi batao, real reviews needed.

Totally agree bhai! Naam bade aur darshan chhote wali baat ho jaati hai builders ke saath.
Yaar, yehi toh sabse bada darr hai. DLF ka naam toh hai, but post-possession support pe sab bigad jaata hai. Sohna mein independent floors attractive toh lagte hain, but agar RWA control nahi milega aur maintenance badhti rahegi, toh kya fayda? Meri bhi same concern hai.
