Mera experience hai ki Sohna mein builder ke post-possession maintenance charges kaafi misleading hote hain. M3M aur Godrej ke projects mein check kiya, pehle kuch saal low dikhate hain. Totally resonate with this! Sohna mein toh builders ka yahi game hai. Pehle toh sab acha dikhate hain, baad mein maintenance ke naam pe loot machate hain. My friend bought in a project near Badshahpur and same story. RWA handover ka plan sunke toh lagta hai yeh hi ek tareeka hai bachne ka.
