I'm an investor looking for value, not just a home. Primary market mein itna negotiation ka scope nahi lag raha. Builders seem rigid. What about secondary market deals in Sohna? Can we actually push for better prices on resale flats, maybe near Sohna Road or even further inside? Broker bolte hain ki resale mein stamp duty aur registration ka bhi kaafi fark padta hai. Is that true? Aur kya hidden charges hote hain jo resale mein bhi lag sakte hain? Just trying to figure out the real all-in cost.
