Fed up of renting now, honestly. My landlord just hiked rent again. Socha Sohna mein kuch dekhun, especially MG Road area mein. Kaafi projects hain, but I'm worried about potential issues. Log bolte hain MG Road ka future bright hai, but what about the ground reality? Koi hidden risks ya red flags hain kya jo builders nahi batate? Like, construction quality issues, water supply, ya connectivity problems after moving in? EMI vs rent ka math toh kar liya, par after-possession ka kya? Should I be cautious? Kya kisi ko real experience hai jahan things went wrong? Not sure if the appreciation claims are real or just marketing. Any advice on what to look out for before committing?

Yaar, I'm also eyeing Sohna MG Road! Prices look decent compared to proper Gurgaon. My friend said it's the next big thing, especially with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. But like you, I'm worried about the 'after-possession' part. Kya sach mein utna development hoga jitna dikha rahe hain?
Connectivity toh improve hui hai. Mera cousin Baliawas ke paas rehta hai, ab hardly any time lagta hai Golf Course Road tak.
Bhai, development ka toh pata nahi, but water supply ka check kar lena. Bahut complaints suni hain Badshahpur ke paas wale projects mein.
