Sohna MG Road pe kaunsa 3BHK investment ke liye best hai?

Honestly, buying for myself is totally different even though I'm in real estate. MG Road, Sohna mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon, budget 80L-1.5Cr hai. IFFCO Chowk ke paas kaunse projects sahi hain for investment plus living? Super area vs carpet area games pata hain, but real ROI kahan milega? Any off-the-record advice on builder reliability?

Yaar, I was also looking there last year. Ek project dekha tha Badshahpur ke paas, price thoda high laga but amenities achhi thi. Builder reliability is a huge issue. Mera ek

Bhai, good question! Sohna MG Road is definitely hot right now. Investment ke liye potential toh dikh raha hai. IFFCO Chowk ke paas kaunse projects consider kar rahe ho? Mera budget bhi similar hai, thoda tension mein hoon ki sahi deal kaise pakdoon.
