Sohna move: Ground reality after 2 months

Possession was in March for my new flat near Sohna Road, and honestly, things are a bit different than I expected. Builder ne bola tha sab set hoga, but water supply issues are real, especially in peak hours. Also, the promised connectivity near Golf Course Extension Road feels far with this traffic. This makes me wonder about resale value later. Is the resale market in Sohna healthy enough to absorb these small issues? Has anyone else faced this, like with projects from Signature Global or Godrej? Am I overthinking the long-term ROI?
