Okay, I'll say what no one says – Sohna projects often promise full power backup but it's just common areas, right? I'm fed up of renting, EMI vs rent math is finally making sense. Looking at Signature Global City 93, but yeh power backup ka kya scene hai? Builders bolte hain full backup, but later pata chalta hai AC nahi chalta. Aur water supply ka bhi tension hai, tanker pe depend hona padega kya? It's all a scam, really. Change my mind.
