Sohna project amenities are mostly just brochure bait
Did a site visit to SS One on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge in Sohna. Brochure showed amazing amenities, but the actual gym felt tiny, and the pool looked way smaller than rendered. It's like they promise everything but deliver 'just enough'. Is this common in Sohna projects? Am I looking too closely, or do others also feel the gap between marketing and reality? Trying to do the EMI vs rent math, but this amenity thing is making me rethink.

Totally feel you, U1! I visited a couple of projects near Badshahpur a few months back, same story. Brochures are like a fantasy novel. The sample flat was gorgeous, but then you see the actual construction site, and it's a reality check. That amenity gap is real, makes you wonder if it's worth the premium.
U2, you hit the
Exactly! Badshahpur mein bhi ek project dekha tha, amenities ke naam pe bas ek shed banaya hua tha. Aur price toh aise quote karte hain jaise five-star resort ho. It's frustrating for first-time buyers like us.

U1, you're not looking too closely, this is a genuine concern. Builders often inflate amenity sizes in brochures. Did you manage to get specific dimensions for the gym or pool from their sales team? Or was it just vague answers?
Haan bhai, same experience with a different project. Marketing aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka farak hota hai.
