Just got possession of my Signature Global Park 1 flat last month, and honestly, some things are already bugging me. Parking allocation ka system samajh hi nahi aa raha. Brochure mein jo space dikhate hain, real mein ek car park karna mushkil hai. Visitors ke liye toh parking hai hi nahi, society ke bahar lagaate hain log. Investors, doesn't this affect rental potential ya future resale value? Koi tenant aayega toh parking pehle dekhega na. Also, elevators ki speed aur maintenance response time... thoda slow lag raha hai. Kya Sohna ke projects mein yeh common hai? Should I push builder for better solutions ya yeh sab adjust karna padta hai?

Elevator speed aur maintenance ka issue serious hai. 116 units hain in Signature Global Park 1, agar sab logon ko ek saath lift use karni padi toh kya hoga? RERA number GGM/494/226/
Oh no, this is concerning. I booked in a different project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) a couple of years ago, and we faced similar parking nightmares. Builder ne bola tha multi-level parking banayenge, but abhi tak sirf open spaces hain, which are never enough. My friend in Basai also complains about visitor parking. So, yes, it's pretty common for builders to oversell parking. You should definitely push them, especially for promised amenities and RERA guidelines.
This is the real problem. They show fancy renders and then cut corners on practical things like parking ratios. For a project with 116 units, parking for visitors should be mandatory, not an afterthought. You absolutely should push them. Document everything and send formal complaints, maybe through RERA.
Exactly! My cousin booked in Baliawas and faced similar issues. Builders just want to maximize saleable area. I wonder if any builder actually delivers on multi-level parking promises?
Yeh Sunar Sohna ka scene hi aisa hai kya? I was considering SG Park 2, but ab darr lag raha hai. Brochure mein toh sab perfect dikhta hai, reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Visitors parking ka point valid hai, rental value pe impact hoga for sure. Is this just a Sohna problem or across Gurgaon?
Not just SG, many builders in Sohna promise big on paper but deliver less. Especially with visitor parking, they just don't account for it in the design. Rental potential will definitely take a hit, no one wants their guests' cars parked far away.
Sahi pakde ho! Sohna mein development ho raha hai but infrastructure catch-up nahi kar raha. Builders over-promise and under-deliver.
Bhai, totally feel you! Parking ka issue toh har naye project mein hai. Signature Global Park 1 mein bhi same haal hai kya? I was hoping it would be better since it's a newer project.
Haan bhai, Signature Global ka track record waise bhi mixed hai. Possession date Oct 2024 dikha raha hai for some phases, but delays common hain. Parking ka toh woh log hamesha jugad karte hain, proper allocation hardly hota hai.
