Not sure if I'm overthinking this, but upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK or villa in Sohna is a big jump. I'm looking at Signature Global Park 1, and honestly, the brochures always promise top-tier security systems. But what's the actual ground reality? Does the CCTV wiring hold up, and is the visitor management tech genuinely integrated or just tacked on? Are the guards properly trained? Is the premium for these amenities justified, or is it just a ticking-off-the-checkbox kind of thing? Really want to know if it feels genuinely secure, beyond just brochure claims.
