Sohna projects: Are we buying amenities or just brochure promises?
₹70 lakh for a 2BHK in Lykehomes Avenue – are we really buying 'amenities' or just a dream? I'm in real estate, but buying for myself in Sohna is different. Everyone hypes 'world-class amenities' during booking, but kitna milta hai real mein? My worry is the promised clubhouse, gym, swimming pool... will they even be half-functional post-possession? Or just showpieces that drain maintenance charges? Dekha hai bahut baar, OC milte hi builder sab bhool jaate hain. For Lykehomes Avenue, I'm especially thinking about the resale value. Will a half-baked amenity package really attract tenants or boost appreciation after 5 years? Or will it just be a drain on my ROI? I'm telling you, most of these 'premium' amenities are just fluff for brochures. Change my mind, Sohna buyers.
