Sohna is on my radar. Shapoorji Joyville's hidden charges are frustrating me. Total cost of ownership for these projects is so confusing. Is BLF Nature Valley's builder trust better, or will I face similar surprise costs? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Shapoorji Joyville Gurugram Phase IV ka price range toh ₹2.0 Cr – ₹2.2 Cr hai, but aap sahi keh rahe ho, isme PLC, car parking, club membership, IFMS aur GST jodkar total cost bahut badh jaati hai. Maine site visit ki thi, they were very vague about the final breakup. Possession date 2024-12-01 hai, pata nahi time pe milega ya nahi.
