Sohna Road — I'm looking at shifting here, maybe a 2BHK for myself. Kids are settled, so don't need a huge place anymore, just something easy to manage. Dekh raha hoon EON7 Developers aur GLS Arawali Homes 2 mein kuch options. My biggest worry is builder ka track record. How do you guys actually check if a builder is RERA compliant? Matlab, brochure pe toh sab acha lagta hai, but is there a deeper way to verify unka history of delays or any past legal issues? My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr, not sure if I should trust what's written. Aur agar builder delay karta hai, RERA mein kya real options milte hain? Is it actually effective in Sohna? Don't want to get stuck paying EMI for years without possession. Any advice on how to protect myself from these traps?
