Sohna property: how long to hold?

Since January I'm seeing Sohna 2BHKs near Golf Course Ext hitting ₹1.5 Cr. My parents advise holding. What's the optimal holding period here for maximum appreciation? 5 years? More?

1.5 Cr for Sohna? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? I was looking at something similar in Badshahpur a few months back, and prices were much lower. Golf Course Ext is good, but Sohna itself is still developing. Holding for 5 years might be too risky if the infrastructure doesn't catch up.

U2, but Golf Course Ext isn't Sohna *proper*. It's the gateway, and that 1.5 Cr is likely for projects right on the highway,
